A dimension where soccer is played using super-powers (Inazuma Eleven) collides with a dimension where miniature battle machines called "LBX" are sold in stores (Danball Senki), after the walls between parallel universes begin to collapse. Following a trail of destruction left on a soccer match by a invasion of LBX into the 'soccer dimension', youth soccer star Matsukaze Tenma, and his team, find themselves in a "world between dimensions". There, they meet Yamano Ban and friends, LBX users who use their LBX to fight against terrorism on behalf of the "NICS", an organization in "Nation A", their dimension's version of America. The two groups befriend each other, and join forces to take down the group of villains that are attempting to eradicate both soccer and LBX from their respective dimensions, and restore order to the multiverse.
