You have to really question what prompted Hollywood to make this movie. Trying to make slavers into heroes? Not to mention these women were slaughtered in battle in reality. But sure, make your movies based on history and just ignore the actual history, people are so ignorant these days they will probably not even bother reading up on the reality and just swallow what is given to them whole.
Fairly good movie and some hilarious instances and plenty of gore. I would say the low points all involve Awkwafina and I don't understand how she has a career as her acting is atrocious and she has zero onscreen charisma.
Season 1 was weak and a chore to watch, Season 2 was an improvement and fairly entertaining, Season 3 so far is an improvement on Season 2 so it's just getting better as it progresses.
Low budget, cheap FX, low grade camera work and really bad cheesy plot devices. B grade show. Also continues Disney's woke garbage. This s@!t has to end at some point. I'm at the point where I'm not watching anything new anymore...
Crazy that IMdb has blocked all reviews with a rating under 6, this alone demonstrates what pure and utter garbage this show is. The only thing it has going for it is the visual effects and cinematography, those are truly amazing, but the scripts themselves seem to be written by 5 year olds. What a waste of a billion dollars.
Very stupid show, sheer nonsense and utterly boring. Moonknight was never a favorite of mine but they went with one of the dumber stories with the multiple personality disorder.
Not even close to being as good as Vikings. Netflix is at it again with their woke garbage, race and gender swapping an actual historical figure. Watch it once if you must but it's definitely not re-watchable
