@Julien - Keep digging that hole, dude. Check Wikipedia for the 28 days film series description, or Rotten Tomatoes, any other film review site. It is the continuation of the world that was created by 28 Days. It's OK. Just let it go.
@Julien - It could it be very possible that you have NO idea what the f you are talking about. There were never any "zombies" in the 28 days stuff. It is the rage virus. Those infected are humans, but very very pissed off humans. The description @ IMDB for 28 YEARS LATER says: "A group of survivors of the rage virus live on a small island. When one of the group leaves the island on a mission into the mainland, he discovers secrets, wonders, and horrors that have mutated not only the infected but other survivors." So, CLEARLY a continuation.
It's good to see Damon and Affleck together again in an action movie. While not exactly a buddy flick, it does tell a good tale from the "TNT" days in Miami. (Still, the best Damon/Affleck flick will ALWAYS be: DOGMA ! )
@Trojanproxy - You must be new to Star Trek, eh? It's the future. They got rid of knuckle-dragging racists, capitalism and the need for money. It's been that way since the show started in 1966. You bunch of morons that sit around grunting woke woke woke are an embarrassment to the civilized world. Star Trek does not try to eliminate differences in people, races and species, it embraces them and celebrates them. So: Take your fear of change and the big-bad world and go sit in the corner until you can communicate like a real human.
@julien - MAGA is America's version of the racist disfunction and false belief that putting down a minority will somehow benefit the majority. Every country has their own version of these vile rodents. Australia has "One Nation", Germany has AdF, England has "Britain First", the Swiss have the SVP. It's the same sickness no matter what you call it, and it's never new. It's the same shit that flares up like Nazis or South Africa's National Party of old. Once hatred gets power, then ALL people loose rights and freedoms. Remember that "woke" used to be a warning by the American black community to others in the American black community: that you had to wake up and be aware and not get f'ked over by the laws that were put there to keep them "in their place".
Wow @fatgutts - that is like the bingo card of racist right-wing hatred & MAGA stupidity. Gee fukin' christ! Turn off the hate media for a while and go outside and feel the grass... your brain is toast!
@trusenl - ... on the other hand: For those that want to know more about what damage we have done with both micro and macro plastics, do a search for "Great Pacific Garbage Patch". It went from theory in 1988 to a reality of floating plastic to covering "1.6 million square kilometres (620,000 square miles) consisting of 45,000–129,000 metric tons (50,000–142,000 short tons) of plastic as of 2018, later growing to twice the size of Texas. WHY THIS MATTERS: The plastics break down slowly and is eaten by fish, which are eaten by humans.
@Kygun - You must be trolling, as that is some wackadoo stuff there. If that is your serious take on what it means to live in a civil society, I wish you luck! Clearly, your position is something way beyond reality, or polite conversation: So, as they say: Never wrestle with a pig. You both get dirty and the pig likes it. Have a nice day. (And for those interested in the film, it documents the insanity of the position to which @KYGun suggests, and the resulting death of the "sovereign" due to their own remarkably bad and misinformed choices.)
@jibee00 - The film? OK. Here goes: Nick Offerman does a great job of portraying a "Sovereign Citizen". Folks that have gone so far down the rabbit hole that they define laws and reality per their own preference. As a result, they believe that they do not need to pay bills, have identification, have a license for their car, pay taxes, or do any of the 100's of things that normal people do. For them, everything is a fight. And it's confrontational, pigheaded and nearly always completely incorrect. It goes badly for the single dad and his son, with the film being much like a documentary of their lives going down the toilet. As a way of looking at this sad misguided American subculture, the film succeeds. But it's not at all entertainment. It was long, depressing, unredeeming and definitely not a recommended or easy watch. @slapusilly - Dude, learn to use google before you type. You've started down the rabbit hole.
@cubacan - So, I get it, "Cuba Can" of Canada. I can understand why you would be anti-communist / anti-socialist. There is a lot of history there. But disparaging "Antifa"... does that mean you are pro-fascist? Right now, in the USA, the fascists are having a field day tormenting people of Latin American and Carribean heritage... imprisoning both non-citizens and citizens. Hell, we have our first concentration camp dedicated to Hispanics in Florida, and are spending half a billion US $ to expand the ICE secret police (people that take humans off the street without showing ID, faces covered, without probable cause, without any warrant, or even any hope of a trial) and building even more concentration camps. (FYI: just recently, the Cuban-born "Latinos for Trump" leader was arrested for deportation. Not so good for him, this election.) Be happy you are a Canadian citizen or legal resident, as the US constitution is being torn to shreds here in the States.
