I will never stop being mad that this ended for stupid reasons. It was well loved and continues to be. Unique story, interesting characters, fascinating cinematography- You want to know more and see how things are going to turn out. It has a very fantastical feel, but in a way that almost, almost feels like it could happen. Maybe close to Matilda? Best I can think of off the top of my head. I highly recommend this one, but just as a heads up it ends on a frustrating cliffhanger. Still 100% worth the watch as each episode is entertaining by itself.
I liked this more than I thought I would, honestly. You can tell it was based on a book; the story is well thought out, detailed, and intriguing. The wide depiction of emotions and actions is interesting, giving you a cool insight to how different people can be in the same situations. May even watch again to see what details I can pick up along the way now knowing how it ends.
Always absolutely loved this series. Simple, but interesting. Unique concepts for each object. Endless to the imagination. I could do without the forced romance, but that seems to be par for the course in everything. At least it's quick enough to pass by relatively dismissively. I watch this show every single time I move, before the internet is set up. Highly recommend.
