Does it have the substance and heart of Minus One? Naw. None of the American Godzilla movies did. But was it entertaining? F*** yeah, it was. Pure popcorn fodder. It was fun as hell. And the rip was good quality.
UPDATED: Return-Of-The-Pope, the movie released in color and a specially enchanced B&W (US only); Where they literally went into each frame and digitized it so it looks like the original 1950s movie. I didnt believe the reviews about it, but I saw it for myself and it is actually superior to the color version. Not only does it feel like it came out in the 50s, but it hides of the questionable CGI. Now YOU didn't know that? THAT is what's sad The reviewer bashing has nothing to do with how it was released.
