i am also a fan of star trek, but this is painful to watch. Its really just 15% star trek, the rest is a sappy woke soap opera / novella !!! I basically forwarded through much of this series and watched only the "trekkie" stuff !
Disappointed to say the least !!!

Superb acting by all. I enjoyed seeing Brendan Fraser again ! In my mind it was too long by far ! I had to watch it over 3 days. All in all 7 out of 10 mostly because of acting, costumes and scenery !

The first was definitely cooler and more mysterious, this one in Detroit was also good and added a bit "big city" flare. Definitely worth watching
