Outstanding limited series with breadth of acting styles, settings, and a fresh concept. There is world building, the music is amazing, and there are no cliffhangers.
Not a great film. Still confused what the point of the film was. It didn't deliver a cutting reveal or insight into summer camps or the theatre industry. It didn't really even have a good view point from any of the characters. Honestly it just seems to be a vapid project to inflate the ego of Ben Platt, Noah Galvin, and Molly Gordon. Watch if you want to laugh that people paid to see this.
A great show that mixes pop culture and queer art forms. It's affirming, upbeat, and best of all entertaining. There is nothing wrong with drag or LGBTQ media. This is not meant to be the peak of tv- It is reality tv after all. In response to other comments found below: has anyone actually watched the show at all? Most of the gripes aren't relevant. If you don't want to engage with queer media then don't watch it. But for those out there that cannot engage with LGBT communities this show acts as a comfort blanket. At no point is any agenda pushed, and there is no paedophilic content or assault; if anything, discussions about being victims of sexual abuse are discussed which is important for victims of any background. Should anyone be looking for straight content there is plenty elsewhere. Your prejudice does not invalidate this content, it exemplifies why it is needed. And maybe this show isn't for you. I invite you to watch an episode so your comment provides actual critique
