What a waste of talent to portray the lack of empathy and humanity in a small town with d1ckheads of all ages doing shitty things to others. Broken lives and people refusing to face it. It's too much for me, 5/10 for me. Moving on after 16 min of episode 2.

Damaged (2024)

Shitty movie. 3/10 for the supporting cast and landscapes. -5/10 for Jackson and Cassel's script.

Tales from Earthsea (2006)

A good adaptation, not what was originally planned either (Miyazaki father was suipposed to deliver but got busy, then passed, so his son gave us his work). But seriously this should have been a LOTR's budget trilogy on Ursual Le Guin's masterpiece of Earthsea !!

The Poison Rose (2019)

A surprisingly well done movie. Travolta without hype, his daughter in the movie is his daughter in real life alongside. More like this please. 7/10 for me.

Cross (2024)

Season 2 starts with a wink to a cathartic needed moment in our history that still begs to occur. So for now, thank you, TV. One day there could be justice? 7/10. Cross has proven itself to be a series worth following.

An Inspector Calls (2015)

Absolutely recommended. Here is a very good old fashioned "era" detective show, with a theater stage feel at times. Wonderfully acted, unveiled at the proper pace, emotive and even poignant in moment. I found myself wishing there were more of this caliber nowadays, sequels even. I looked, but unfortunately. 8/10 for me. If you read some of Tolstoy or Dostoievsky, it may seem familiar in terms of portraying finality, reflecting the deeper side of the illusion and futility of classes. Brilliantly done.
