Super slow burning show. Weird camera lens choices and angles. So much potential wasted imho. It's not terrible by any means but its for sure not 8+ imdb rate series.
Yes, some things don't make absolute sense but they are not supposed to. Not everything has to make total sense. Great ending of an amazing franchise. Great writing. Great acting. I will be honest, I didn't expect much but this movie delivered. Up to date, stunts looked amazing, cinematography on spot as it should be. Well done.
I’m a big fan of superhero movies, but this felt like an ordinary man who drifted into space, blacked out, and woke up with powers. It came across like a generic indie Netflix superhero flick. I get that it was meant to be a fresh take on Superman, but it never landed. Instead of inspiring, it leaned on politics and watered-down drama. What we deserved wasn’t another preachy superhero film. We deserved a bold one, with real grit, where good triumphs in an unforgettable, epic way.
Apple wanted to create the next Ted Lasso. What an epic failure. Cinematography? Feels like my new 8k camera took the shots, no story, no creativity, no insipiration, no 'good' cinema shots just blunt. Acting, the mother of the kid is weird AF noone talks like that, noone is more entitled than her, badly written and worst acting from the actress unless it was written like that for her as I seen her nowhere before. The kid? OMFG what a terrible character. He got annoyed and stopped talking to the main character and for what? It's a terribly written shot in 8k series where everything is glowing and everything is perfect and the light is gorgeous and the green is shining with supporting actors worst than actual dogshit. I must admint I laughed 5-6 times having watched all episodes. Owen Wilson plays his classic character so you know what to expect but don't recommend at all. 2/10. Don't waste your time.
Dogshit. I dont even know when it's supposed to be comedy or drama or action or whatever nothing makes sense. Probably money grabber for Skarsgård as it literally makes no sense to watch it and I watched 4 episodes and I truly regret it. Trash, don't recommend.
Such a waste of a good treasure hunt movie money. Felt it was written in a rush, some things just dont make sense, acting is below average, Krasinski literally feels stiff and like he can't act and Tucci appears literally less than a minute. Cinematography and color grading doesnt fit this genre at all, felt like a james bond wannabe movie at times even though it should lean towards National Treasure, had they taken the budget and invest in a NT4 that would have been epic. 4/10. It's entertaining enough to watch whilst having dinner and not pause when going to the toilet.
